Home Appliance Brand Turns a Rich Media Ad into 32.8K+ Product-Discovery Engagements with an Engagement-to-Conversion Engine
Objective
An innovative home appliance brand wanted to communicate the differentiated benefits of a newly launched oxygen-enriching ceiling fan, making an invisible, hard-to-explain technology easy to understand and guiding engaged users toward the product landing page.
Challenge
The fan’s patented air-enriching technology improves indoor air quality in ways consumers cannot see, so a conventional ad that simply listed features would struggle to land the proposition. The brand needed a format that could educate, invite exploration, and convert interest into consideration, all within a compact advertising unit, rather than relying on a passive product showcase.
Strategy & Execution
The brand leveraged Silverpush’s AI platform to transform the ad from a static showcase into an interactive product-discovery journey. The experience opened with a relatable insight that a room can feel stuffy even when a fan is running, then offered four ways to explore: browsing key features, understanding how the technology works, unpacking the “oxygen gap” in closed rooms, and moving through to the product website. Users could follow these structured pathways or, where enabled, ask the AI questions in their own words.
Visual carousels and contextual AI prompts made complex, invisible technology easy to grasp inside a compact ad, while seamless action pathways, brochure downloads, website redirects, and buy-now links connected discovery directly to consideration and purchase. The campaign ran in two modes, a fully guided journey and an open conversational experience, letting the brand compare structured discovery against open-ended, user-led exploration.

Results
Across roughly 5.56M impressions, the experience drove 32.8K+ in-ad engagements. Users went well beyond tapping predefined paths: more than 4,100 typed open-ended questions to the AI, signaling real appetite for conversational product exploration. Discovery translated into intent, with over 6,300 lower-funnel actions, more than 3,300 website visits, and over 3,000 buy-now clicks, generated inside the ad itself. The guided journey outperformed the open format on both click-through rate (0.28% vs 0.24%) and average session duration (43s vs 38s), showing that structured discovery held attention longer, while the open mode proved genuine demand for conversational, user-led product discovery.
